Capture the Cape is a fall celebration of this beautiful region sponsored by the Addison Art Gallery and Land Ho! Restaurant. Come see the painters plein air painting around Orleans from 8:00 am to noon, join us at the gallery to see the wet works delivered, and come to the Fresh Paint Reception from 4:00 to 6:00 with live music by Bert Jackson and Roe Osborn.
Featuring works created this weekend by renowned artists from Cape Cod and states away. This is a great opportunity to meet award-winning painters and learn more about their inspirations and techniques. Works by the participating artists can be found in museums, corporations, U.S. Embassies, and in private collections throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
