Reception for Capture the Cape

Capture the Cape is a fall celebration of this beautiful region and the wonderful community of Orleans; a weekend of entertainment, events, art, dining and sales Columbus Day Weekend throughout Town. Capture the Cape is sponsored by the Addison Art Gallery, The Land Ho! and the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod. The Land Ho!, the region’s most popular restaurant, is widely respected for its support of the arts, and known for its inviting charm and lively good times. According to American Art Collector magazine, the active Addison Art Gallery is “One of the most successful galleries in the country” astounding “the public with art by newly discovered artists and masterpieces by established artists.”

Featuring works created this weekend by dozens of renowned artists from Cape Cod and states away. This is a great opportunity to meet award-winning artists and learn more about their inspirations and techniques. Works by the participating artists can be found in museums, corporations, U.S. Embassies, and in private collections throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia.
